Your details, and what we do with them.
Short version: we only ask for what we need to look after your booking or answer your message, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Bookings
When you book a table we ask for your name, email, phone number, the number of guests and the time. We use these to hold your table, send your confirmation, and contact you if something changes. Bookings are kept on our booking system and only our staff can see them.
Email and phone
If you email or ring us, we use your details to reply, and for functions to plan your event. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
This website
The site itself doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Seeing, changing or deleting your details
Email Contact@oldbutterfactory.com.au or ring (02) 6655 2150 and we’ll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
